1 Member
Use the Daniel Daniel Office website system (hereinafter referred to as this system) to join as a member (hereinafter referred to as a member).
2 Procedures for Membership
Those who wish to use this system should fill in the required information in the membership application form on the Internet and submit it.
3 Member Registration
- Daniel Office Customer Service Center will register as a member after completing the membership application.
- The valid period of registration is permanent
4 Types of Member Services
Members can purchase the products or services provided by Daniel Office and receive the latest catalog. The company will inform members of various promotions, awards, and new product information on the website or via email. If members do not need email service, they can notify the company to stop sending.
Ordering method
The products on the Daniel Office website are all tax-free prices, and the tax settlement will jump out of the product at the final checkout. When a member orders products on the Daniel Office webpage, please use the tax number, user name, and password recorded in the membership application materials as the basis for ordering, and send the order form to the Daniel Office Customer Service Center by email. The ordering process is completed.
6 Delivery days
The number of days required for delivery of the goods, orders accepted before 3 pm on the day of the order, except for the ordered products, in principle, can be delivered within five working days (excluding holidays) if the inventory is sufficient; if it is delivered at 3 pm on the same day Orders received after this point are regarded as next-day orders. Although orders are accepted on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, delivery must be postponed to the business day following the holiday. 7 Freight
Anyone who spends more than AED 1,000 in Dubai will be delivered free of charge, and a handling fee of AED 100 will be charged for those who spend less than AED 1,000. However, in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain of UAE we can support delivery and charge fees.

9 Merchandise rejection
- When the member is unable to receive the merchandise, Daniel Office will temporarily keep the merchandise, but for a period of 7 days. Daniel Office will charge storage fees at its discretion. If the member fails to withdraw the product within the period mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the order shall be deemed to have been cancelled, and the member will be charged a liquidated damage equivalent to the amount of the product at this time.

10 Exemption from Force Majeure

11 Cancellation after ordering
The system processes the shipment immediately after accepting the order, so it cannot be canceled arbitrarily after the order is placed.
12 Handling of returns and exchanges
By the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to a hesitation period of seven days from the date of arrival of the goods. However, the hesitation period is not a trial period. Therefore, the goods you return must be in a brand new state and fully packaged; within 7 days after receiving the goods, contact the Daniel Office Customer Service Center to handle the return matters (returns and exchanges are both An additional subsidy is required for the return and exchange fees), but refunds and exchanges are not allowed under the following circumstances.

13 Cancellation of Membership

- When the bills issued or delivered by the member cannot be cashed
- When a member is subject to enforcement or auctions, unpaid sanctions by taxation authorities, bankruptcy, reconciliation, company reorganization, special liquidation, etc., or bankruptcy filing due to commercial laws and regulations
- When a member violates any of the provisions of this Articles of Association
- When it is determined that there is another financial crisis or bankruptcy, etc.
- In the event of unreasonable return or rejection that violates the company’s rights and interests, the company has the right to treat it as an invalid member and cancel the membership
- If a member is disqualified from membership, he should pay off all his debts immediately
14 Change of application items
- When the name, company name, location, person in charge, telephone number, fax number, organizer, etc. filled in the membership application form are changed, the member should immediately update the information on the Internet or contact the customer service staff.
- If there is no notice in the preceding paragraph, which results in delays or non-delivery of the catalog or other products that should be delivered, it is still deemed that the products have been delivered to the member within the normal time.
15 Determination of the competent court
For any disputes related to this chapter, the Hsinchu District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction.
16 Change of product content
